I worked at 2nd Road for over 8 years. Design consulting on strategy project with large organisations like NSW Government, Telstra and Chartered Accountants. It was here I developed a deep respect of information design and plain language. Too often forgotten or pushed downstream, these disciplines make information accessible to a broader audience, shifting the power to understand and choose with the reader. The battle for this 'reader to author' shift has become a core design principle for me in every project I now participate in.
